Ingredients

30 or so fresh ocean mussels

1/2 cup olive oil

3-4 tblsp minced garlic

1 cup of dry wine

Preparation

scrub the mussels in luke-warm water. set aside. in a large sauce pan, add the olive oil and garlic. heat on a medium temperature and stir mixture. heat up to high and add wine and all mussels. cover and let cook until all the mussels have opened. do not drain. serve hot.
