Ingredients

200 g, about 2-3 bell peppers, cut into stripes

150 g, 1 cucumber, diced

200 g, 3 tomatoes, sliced

100 ml vegetable oil

30 ml (3 tbsp) vinegar

200 g, onions, sliced

200 g, white brine cheese or feta, grated

parsley

salt

Preparation

Mix the cucumber, the peppers and the tomatoes in a large dish, add salt, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix again. Put the sliced onion on top. Sprinkle with the grated white brine cheese and add the parsley
