Ingredients

1 cup white rice

2 cups of plain water or broth of your choice

2 tablespoons of butter

1/8 teaspoon of dry chop garlic

1 tablespoon of dry chop chives

1 tablespoon of dry chop parsley

1 tablespoon of dry chop cilantro

Preparation

melt butter in pan and add garlic and rice cook for 1 minute on medium high heat stir all the time add chives,parsley and cilantro stir to blend well add all of water or broth bring to a full boil then turn to low and cover and cook 20 minutes

fluff with fork and serve
