Ingredients

1 bunch spinach

1 head roman

1 head endive

half a red & yellow bell pepper

2 med.Tomatoes

4 sm.carrots

1/4 head purple cabbage

1/8 of a cup of each:Almond slivers

Sunflower seeds

Macadamia or cashews. The dressing 1c.olive oil

1c.sugar heated over low heat until combined

remove&blend in 3Tbs. soy sauce

1/2c.wh.vinegar

1/2tsp salt

Preparation

layer small amounts of each ingredient in your bowl until you reach the amount needed for the number of people to be served.Remember this is to be an appetizer not the first course.
