Ingredients
one bell pepper
one yellow squash
one zuchinni
8 mushrooms
med. onion
2 cloves garlic
one med tomato
2 cups white rice,
braggs amino’s
4 oz salmon
Preparation
while oil is heating up in an iron skillet cut up veggies. heat on med low until veggies are crisp tender, simmering in braggs about 20 min. steam salmon and crumble in the veggies before serving. serve over rice
