Ingredients

1 (16oz) can of garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

feta cheese crumbled (to taste)

1 TSP olive oil

fresh lemon & or lime juice (to taste)

dash sea salt

dash cayenne pepper

fresh cilantro, chopped (to taste)

1 finely chopped green onion (I use the whole stalk)

Preparation

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans in a colander.

Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl with a fork, and add garbanzo beans to same bowl.

Add the feta, green onions, cilantro, salt and cayenne to the beans, and stir until evenly coated with the dressing from the bottom of the bowl.

Taste test, and if it’s to your liking, serve immediately!
