Ingredients

2 cups sliced green beans (1 inch long)

1 cup boiled garbanzo beans

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion (sliced long)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

juice of half a lemon

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Set your cooktop on medium-high heat. Take a skillet or a stir-fry pan and heat the oil. Add the onions and saute. Add the green beans and saute until cooked but still crunchy. Add the garbanzo beans and the red pepper flakes. Stir for another 3-4 minutes. Add the salt and pepper and the lemon juice and stir. Take of heat and serve with rice.
