Ingredients
8 large Wahoo fillets
1 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup apple butter
1/2 cup good beer
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Rinse fish fillets, pat dry. Mix breadcrumbs, ground hazelnuts, garlic salt, and Greek Seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan. Dredge fish through milk, then through crumbs. Cook quickly in hot oil until crusty on the outside and just done inside. Lay on a plate. Mix Apple butter, beer, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fish and serve.
