Ingredients
1 cup rice or almond milk
1 banana
1 scoop vitamin C powder (Reece prefers Catie’s Organics Vitamin C plus)
1 scoop water-soluble greens (Reece prefers Catie’s Organic Greens)
2 scoops protein powder (Reece prefers Muscle Milk Light in chocolate or vanilla)
3 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup ice
Optional: 1 teaspoon almond butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender. Purée until smooth.
