Ingredients
1 1/2 cup penne pasta
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
2 1/2 cups blanched tomatoes
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
A pinch of white pepper
A pinch of Indian chicken masala
A pinch of salt
A pinch of dried chili pepper
A pinch of garam masala
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook garlic in oil until soft.
Add tomatoes, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp and stir.
Mix in cooked penne pasta. Then, stir in mozzarella cheese until it melted and spreads out.
Add the fresh basil. Stir.
Add all the spices (chicken, garam and chilli masala), pepper and salt to taste. Stir for a few minutes.
