Ingredients
2 eggs beat whites & set aside
2 c sugar
1/2 c shortning
2 tsp baking powder
1 c milk
2 c flour
1 tsp vanialla
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Pour syrup in pie shell
cream sugar and shortning add egg yokes add dry ingredients alternate mixture till blended fold in egg whites
make crumbs 1 c flour 1/4 c sugar 2 tbsp butter crumble with fingers sprinkle over top of cakes bake 350 how long?? till knife comes out clean makes 3 pies
