1/2 cups shortening

1

cup packed light brown sugar

1

cup granulated sugar

2

eggs

1

box (15.25 oz) Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix

1

cup flaked coconut

1

cup cinnamon multigrain flakes cereal, slightly crushed

2

cups old-fashioned oats

1

teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, beat shortening and sugars with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; beat well.

Stir in cake mix. Add coconut, cereal and oats; stir until well mixed.

Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto large ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Sprinkle top of each with a pinch of sea salt.

Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown and cracked on top. Cookies will be very soft; cool 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Store in covered container.
