Ingredients
1 large can pork & beans
1 can green lima beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can butter beans
½ lb bacon
½ C vinegar
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Preparation
Drain all cans, save a little juice for future use if needed. Fry ½ lb bacon. Remove bacon and cut into small pieces, add to frying pan: vinegar, brown sugar & mustard. Mix all together, bake 1 ½ hours. If needed, add some of the drained juice from beans (not usually needed).
