Ingredients
125g of chopped butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups of firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup of plain four
1/4 cup of s.r flour
1 teaspoon of bi carb soda
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 /2 cup of sultana’s
3/4 cup of macadamia nuts (toasted)and chopped coarsley
1/2 cup of dark choc bits
1/2 cup of dark chocolate melts
halved.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 -190 degrees and line 3 oven trays with baking paper.Beat the butter, vanilla, sugar and egg in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in combined sifted fours, soda and cocoa, stir in sultana’s , nuts and both chocolates. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays about 4cm apart, press slightly with a fork. bake for 10 mins, then stand for 5 mins on the tray.
