Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease 9x13x2 baking pan.
- Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Add eggs and Vanilla, beat well.
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture blending well.
- Stir in White Chocolate Chips
- Spread batter into prepared 9x13x2 pan
- Bake 35-40 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack
- Cut into bars and serve with a scoop of ice cream(vanilla does well, but chocolate goes great for the chocoholic) or just serve by itself with a glass of milk.
