Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cube butter

3 large Baker’s chocolate (2 Milk Chocolate and one Bittersweet)

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 cup of pecan pieces

1 tsp additional flour

Preparation

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt butter then stir in chocolate cubes. When the chocolate has melted stir it into the egg/gusar mixture beating it well. Stir in the vanilla. Sift the 1/2 cup flour with the baking powder and salt and stir them into the chocolate mixture. Dust the Pecans with a teaspoon of flour and add them to the batter stirring until the mixture is smooth. Bake in a buttered 9-inch pan for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
