Ingredients

1 package of jello (any flavor)

1 can of Libby’s lite fruit cocktail

1 tub of fat free whipped topping

Preparation

Bring one cup of water to a boil. Set aside another cup of water that is cold. Open the package of jello and pour it into a pyrex bowl. Then, per the instructions on the jello, add the boiling hot water and stir until it dissolves. Next add the cup of cold water and continue to stir. After all jello is dissolved, open the can of lite fruit cocktail and drain juice from it. Rinse the fruit cocktail with cold water to make sure the lite syrup is removed. Then add the can to the bowl of jello. Mix slightly, and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 2-4 hours. Then, you can serve with the fat free whipped topping, or without it.
