Ingredients

2 cups no fat, plain yogurt

1 pt fresh strawberries, washed and trimed

3 pkts,splenda sugar substitute

1 tbsp. 100% pure vanilla

whole strawberries, raspberries, blackberries

cut up orange wedges, cantaloup, kiwi, peaches

Preparation

trim and core 1 pt fresh strawberries, add to blender with spenda and vanilla. puree till smooth and then pour into whipped yogurt and mix just till smooth. Pour into low bowl and chill till somewhat set. Place in middle of platter of balanace of all other whole and cut up fruits. Dip and munch. Sure to please children and adults. Lite snack or full lunch.
