Ingredients
Dough
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (cold and cut up)
1/4 cup sugar
Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
fresh fruit
Preparation
Mix dough with a dough blender. When mixed, form into a ball. Put a ball of dough in a mini muffin tin and use a tart shaper to form the tartlet crust shape. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. After removing from the oven, use the tart shaper to reshape the hot crust.
Whip the cream cheese, sugar, and extract until fluffy and pipe into cooled tartlet shells. Top with fresh fruit.
