Ingredients
2 cups fresh mango, diced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
2 cups honeydew melon, diced
1 diced red pepper
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or parlsey
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (more to coat if necessary)
Preparation
Mix well and refrigerate. Adjust the amount of vinegar depending on the ripeness of the fruit.
