Ingredients

Pineapple cut into bite size pieces-

Stawberries cut in half-

Cantaloupe cut into bite size pieces-

Honeydew melon cut into bite sized pieces-

Mangos cut into bite sized pieces

Dressing

One eight oz. container of plain yogurt-

3 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice-

orange zest to taste-

1 teaspoon of organic sugar

Preparation

cut and mix all fruits

Mix to together the dressing for fruit salad and serve separately so that each person may spoon the dressing over the individual salads. Wonderful as light lunch or as a summer dessert.
