Ingredients
1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 large container cool whip
8-oz cream cheese
Assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries, banana, berries)
GLAZE:
1/2 c sugar
1 TBL corn starch
3 TBL lemon juice
1/4 c water
Preparation
Spread dough into pizza pan (14-16" round). Bake 350F for 9-11 min. Cool.
Mix cool whip and cream cheese. Spread on crust. Boil ingredients for glas and cool Arrange fruit on top and drizzle glaze over.
