Ingredients
1 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Frosting
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg. In a separate bowl blend together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Spread onto pizza pan cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Frosting
Blend together. Spread on cooled dough. Top with fruit (apples, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
