Ingredients
1 roll sugar cookie dough
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
various fruits (dried well)
Preparation
Spray a 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray. Roll out dough and place within the pan, while not pressing the dough too hard. Bake until light golden color (approximately 15 minutes). Let cool.
Blend softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled dough. Top with fruit and chill.
For the fruit, use what you like best. Blueberries, peaches, strawberries, bananas and kiwi are great. The more colorful the better.
