Ingredients

Filling

Sugar (1/3 cup)

Fruit or berries (4 cups, sliced as appropriate)

Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)

Butter (2 pats)

Crust

Bisquick (1 cup)

Sugar (1/8th cup)

Salt (a dash)

Milk (see below)

Preparation

Combine filling ingredients (except the butter) in a mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased square cake pan, putting the butter on top. In a seperate bowl, mix crust ingredients, adding milk until the batter is the consistency of pancake batter. Pour batter over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan, then flip over serving plate to remove from pan. Best served with ice cream.
