Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup sliced Strawberries
1 cup Green Grapes (seedless)
16 oz. Low Fat Sour Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
Preparation
Rinse and drain in a large bowl the first 3 ingredients. Mix the sourcream and sugar in a seperate bowl, then fold it into the bowl of fruits until all the fruit is coated evenly. Store in the refridgerator in a closed container until ready to use. Place 1/2 cup on top of shortcake, pound cake, parfaits, jello, or fruit salads to replace whip cream. Combine Walnuts and almonds in a small bowl. Sprinkle a teaspoonful of mixture on top. Serve desserts immediately.
