Ingredients

4 lb watermelon, peeled, seeded, and diced.

4 lb pineapple, halved, peeled, and diced.

2 lg mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced.

3 Inch piece peeled fresh ginger, cut into thin rounds.

750 ml bottle tequila, vadka, etc.

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingrediants in large stainless steel pot. Pour tequila over; press to compact. Tequila will almost cover fruit. cover and refrigerate 5 days.

Drain tequila; discard fruit.
