Ingredients
1 can- 16 oz mandarin oranges
1/2 pound cleaned dark red grapes-seedless
2 bananas sliced thin
16 ounces pineapple chunks
whipped topping can use flavored- but try getting the lowfat
dash of cinnamon- splenda if this is not sweet enough for you

Now drain the oranges and pineapple- save the juice to drink late or for chicken recipes later marashino cherries put orange-pineapple and grapes into a bowl- now slice up the bananas and stir in and add a few slies of cheeries or whole Now top with a spoon of whipped topping and put a dash of cinnamon on top and top with another cherry- you can mix the juice in the fruit but most like it dry- and some like sprinkles of splenda on top but I find it sweet enough- makes 2 huge servings or 4 small- great for breakfast or a snack or desert- yummy!
