Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1/3 tsp salt

2 cups scalded milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix eggs, sugar cornstarch & salt in blender. Add scalded milk & vanilla. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle fruit on top.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, trun down to 350 degrees until done. The custard will look watery if you bake it too long.
