Ingredients

1 c brown sugar

1 c flour

1/2 c sliced almonds

1/2 c rolled outs

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsg ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cloves

8 tb salted butter

5 cups cored, peeled chopped appples or pears

1 c dried fruit (cherries or raisins)

1/2 c sugar

lemon juice from 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Mix brown sgar, flower, almonds, and oats with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

melt butter and pour over dry ingrediants. toss w/ a fork until large crumbs form. mix fresh and dried fruit with gransulated sugar and lemon in another bowl. pour fruit mixture into 2 qt baking dish and top with crumble.

bake 1 hour.
