Ingredients

1/2 cup mango nectar

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp whte rum

1 tsp fresh lime juice

1 c cubed fresh pineapple

1 c. cubed kiwifruit (2 large)

1 c. cubed mango

1 (10oz) round sugar free angel food cake

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add pineapple, kiwi and mango, toss gently to coat. Cut cake into 6 slices. Spoon fruit mixture evenly over each slice.
