Ingredients
2 c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2eggs
1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail
½ stick butter or margarine
½ c. sugar
5 oz. of evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 c. whole/chopped pecans
Preparation
Cake: 2 c. flour 1 ½ c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2eggs 1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail Blend in a bowl for 3 minutes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
Topping: ½ stick butter or margarine ½ c. sugar 5 oz. of evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Pour over cake while hot and sprinkle with pecans.
