Ingredients

2 cups water or oatstraw tea

1 cinnamon stick

pinch powdered cloves

pinch powdered licorice

1/2 t ginger powder

1/2 c frozen blueberries

1/2 c frozen cranberries

1/2 c frozen cherries

1/2 c raisins

1/4 c rose hips, dried

1 large pink lady apple, cubed

1 egg, separated

1/2 t cinnamon

pinch salt

3 T almond flour

3 T mesquite flour

1/4 c milk

2 T butter, melted

Preparation

Simmer fruit with cloves, ginger, licorice and cinnamon stick until apple is soft and sauce is thick.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flours, cinnamon, salt, milk and egg yolk.

Beat egg white until light and fluffy.

Fold batter mixture into beaten egg white.

Spread fruit in small casserole dish. Spread batter over fruit.

Bake 30 minutes.
