Ingredients
1 pear
1 red apple
1 green apple
(Washington apples preferably)
2 fresh peaches
150-200 grams (5-7 ounces) Panela or Mozzarella cheese
1 can of peaches in syrup
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 orange
Preparation
- Cut the apples, peaches and pear in thin, half-moon slices. Do the same with the cheese.
- Place the fruit and cheese slices alternately around a flat plate. No special array needed, though the red apple-cheese-pear-peach-chesse-green apple-cheese looks beautiful.
- Mix the olive oil and the canned syrup (use those peaches for something else) and pour the mix on the fruit and cheese.
- Add the (half) orange juice on the salad. Not a must, just to freshen things up if it’s too oily or sweet.
- Then, a comer!
