Ingredients
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 cups flour
3/4 lb butter
6 1/2 cups pecans
1 lb white raisins
1 lb citron
1 lb cherries
1 lb pineapple
1/2 bag coconut
12 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tbs vanilla
Preparation
Break nuts, chop fruit, add coconut.
Put flour over this gradually and mix well. Cream the butter and sugar, add vanilla and add to mixture. Add egg whites to mixture.
Line pan with wax paper before putting mixture into pan.
Bake in oven over pan of water at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
