Ingredients
1 -8oz block 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened ( I use fat free
1/2 c reduced fat creamy peanut butter
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 - 8oz container frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
1- 6 oz reduced fat graham cracker crust
Preparation
combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, beat with a mixer at high until creamy>Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into crust. Cover and freeze 8 hr or overnight 1 slice=366 cal. You can add choc curls when serving if you want.
