Ingredients
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Blueberries
2 Cups Honeydew Melon
1 Cup Mango
1.5 oz Chambord
Pinch of mint
Pinch of powdered sugar
Pita bread
Cinnamon
Sugar
Fruit Sortbet (I make a home made blood orange mango sorbet)
Preparation
Dice all fruit in small 1/4 inch pieces and place in mixing bowl. Chop mint finely and add to mixing bowl with Chambord and powdered sugar. lightly dust pita with cinnamon and sugar. Toast and cut Pitas into points. Serve as an appetizer with chopped fruit in bowl, pitas served on side and place large scoop of sorbet in middle of diced fruit.
