Ingredients
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy or whipping cream
2 egg yolks
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua
Preparation
Melt chocolate in small bowl in microwave. Whip cream in another small bowl. Beat egg yolks and sugar in another small bowl until the yolks are a pale yellow color. Stir together yolk mixture with the chocolate and Kahlua. Add 1/4 or the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture and combine. Gently fold in the rest of the whipped cream. Pour into your serving bowl and freeze until firm.
