Ingredients

2 ½ C. Lightly toasted Coconut

1/3 C. Butter, melted

3 oz. Cream Cheese

14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 ½ C Berries, Mashed or pureed to 1 ½ Cup

3 T. Lemon Juice

½ Pint Whipping Cream, Whipped

Preparation

  1. Combine melted butter and coconut, press into pan or pie plate
  2. Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy, then add condensed milk
  3. Stir in Berries and lemon juice
  4. Fold in Whipping cream (whipped)
  5. Pour into crust
  6. Freeze until firm.
