Ingredients
2 ½ C. Lightly toasted Coconut
1/3 C. Butter, melted
3 oz. Cream Cheese
14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 ½ C Berries, Mashed or pureed to 1 ½ Cup
3 T. Lemon Juice
½ Pint Whipping Cream, Whipped
Preparation
- Combine melted butter and coconut, press into pan or pie plate
- Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy, then add condensed milk
- Stir in Berries and lemon juice
- Fold in Whipping cream (whipped)
- Pour into crust
- Freeze until firm.
