Ingredients

1 prepared graham cracker pie crust

1 pint caramel ice cream, softned

3 medium bananas

1/2 pint whipping cream

sugar to taste

1 tsp vanilla extract

semisweet chocolate shavings, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce (optional)

Preparation

Spread soft ice cream in pie shell, freeze for 1/2 to 1 hour. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Slice bananas over top of ice cream. Top with whipped cream. Let sit 5 minutes to soften slightly. Top with chocolate, caramel sauces or chocolate shavings
