Ingredients
1/2 oz butter
6 oz milk
3 eggs
3/4 flour
salt and or pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all together in blender. Let mixture sit for 1/2 hr. to make more tender crepe. Melt butter in crepe pan ot 6 inch skillet. Add 1 oz batter. Spread batter by tilting pan. Cook over low heat until one side browns a little. Flip or turn with spatula.
