Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 small onion, minced

1 sweet pepper, diced

1 jalapeno, minced

2 tsp Salsa Lizano

1.5 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp green onion tops, sliced

1/4 cup cilantro, minced

3 cups cooked black beans, mashed

3 cups cooked black beans, whole + cooking liquid (caldo)

Preparation

Fry onions, peppers, and chili in oiled pan Saute until onions are transparent Add Salsa Lizano, soy sauce, salt, pepper, green onions, cilantro, and mashed black beans Stir until mixed then gently fold in whole black beans and simmer 10 mins Thin mixture with caldo
