Ingredients
1 1/2 cups salt
2 oz. black pepper
2 oz. crushed red pepper
2 oz. garlic powder
2 oz. chili powder
2 oz. Accent Tenderizer
Preparation
One 12 - 15 pound turkey. Rinse, dry, and pat mixture on.
Bring oil to 350 degrees. Drop turkey in and cook for a minimum of 4 minutes per pound.
