Ingredients

2 cups cold cooked rice

1 cup leftover meat (chicken, shrimp)

3 eggs

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 tablespoons oil

minced scallions

mushrooms

1 tablespoon cooking sherry

Preparation

  1. Marinade meat in 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon wine and 1 teaspoon corn starch.
