Ingredients

Ground beef or sausage and/or optionally leftover meats (roast, chops, steak, whatever)

Onions, chopped

Carrots, shredded

Cooked rice

Peas (optional)

1-2 eggs

Soy Sauce

Preparation

Fry up the meat, add onions & carrots. Add rice. Add peas. Add soy sauce. Simmer. Break eggs over mixture and stir in.
