Ingredients

1 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips

2 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbl Oil

1 1/4 C Water

1/4 C Lite soy sauce

1 Tbl Sugar

1 Lb. Stir fry vegetables

2 C Minute white rice, uncooked

Preparation

Stir fry chicken and garlic in hot oil in wok on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Add water, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetables; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
