Ingredients

refrigerated cooked white rice

oil

garlic

frozen peas

egg

soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Add oil and garlic to a skillet and brown.
  2. Add rice and soften.
  3. Add frozen peas thawed in a microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Make a hole in the rice and drop and egg in the middle and cook.
  5. Mix until rice starts to become sticky.
  6. Add dabs of soy sauce to brown rice.
