Ingredients
refrigerated cooked white rice
oil
garlic
frozen peas
egg
soy sauce
Preparation
- Add oil and garlic to a skillet and brown.
- Add rice and soften.
- Add frozen peas thawed in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Make a hole in the rice and drop and egg in the middle and cook.
- Mix until rice starts to become sticky.
- Add dabs of soy sauce to brown rice.
