Ingredients
2 spring onions
2 or more slices of ham
1 egg, scrambled
1-2 cloves Garlic
2 slices of ginger, finely minced
2-3 handsful finely sliced vegetables (Corn, Carrots, Peas, Asparagus et c.)
4- 6 cups of rice
2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Fresh coriander, torn
Preparation
Slice all ingredients finely, stir fry with a little oil, then add rice, sprinkle through soy sauce and toss gently until warmed through, and grains separate.
