Ingredients
24 small oysters, shucked and rinsed
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
beat eggs, salt, pepper and cayenne. Dip oyster into egg mix, then in bread crumbs to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes or so. Fry in 350° oil until golden.
