Ingredients
5 matzoh crackers
1/4 cup hot water
4 eggs
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
Break matzoh into bite size pieces. Add enough hot water to moisten and soften matzoh
Beat eggs in small bowl. Add sugar and salt.
Pour into matzoh and blend well
Turn into skillet and bake for 6-7minutes
Turn over and cook 3-4 minutes
